: There was no breakfast. The website claimed that there would be breakfast but the lady behind the desk said they haven’t had breakfast for several yearsLocation was fine
: When we arrived, our reservation was not on file. The woman at the desk was able to assist with getting a room even though their website claimed that they were fully booked. We always check for bugs and spray alcohol to kill whatever we find. However, when we returned at 2 am there were bugs on the pillow.The manager was rude when he came to check it out. He said he found some baby bugs but that he was not going to reimburse us for the room.We left. We also tried several times to return the room keys before we left but the manager would not answer the door.We will not be staying there again and will spread the word about his rudeness.
